Travel

Bus & Train: In Ilkley, traffic can easily become conjested. We recommend using public transport where possible. East Holmes Field is a 8 minute walk from Ilkley Train Station (o.5 miles), with a variety of buses and trains to choose from.

Walk: We recommend walking to site wherever possible.

Car: Limited free parking is available on site. Follow yellow directional signage. One car park is located next to Nell Bank (Denton Road), and the other is located on West Holmes Field (Denton Road). Please donate to Bradford Mind for these services. If these car parks become full, we recommend using one of the car parks in Ilkley and walking down to the site.

 

Disabled Access

There is an allocated disabled car park directly next to the event site with flat access onto site. There are also disabled access toilets on site, and the festival is predominantly on flat grassland.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome! We just ask for them to be kept on a lead and any mess to be cleaned up, as well as being mindful of other attendees and their pets.

What are the opening times? 10am-8pm Saturday, 10am-7pm Sunday

When do the Artisan Markets close? The Artisan Markets section of the event may close from 5pm  (6pm if busy)

Are there any QR Code/COVID Restrictions in place? Normal service resumes! There will be no QR codes in place at the event this year. However, we do ask that attendees are respectful of others personal space. We also have additional hand sanitising stations & cleaning proceedures in place compared to pre-pandemic levels.

Can I buy tickets on the day?  Providing we have not sold out, yes. It may just take a few minutes longer to get in to the festival. Tickets can still be bought online during the festival weekend and we highly encourage this to get into the event easily. **Always check the website before heading to the event without tickets**

Is free parking available? We have free car parking on site available, donations to charity partner Bradford Mind are welcome and greatly appreciated. If these become full, we recommend using one of the other car parks in Ilkley and walking down to the event.

Is the festival covered? Parts of the festival are covered, but please bring appropriate clothing, sun block, umbrellas etc.

Can I bring my own furniture? Yes, folding chairs, tables etc are most welcome.

Can I bring my own food and drink?  Outside food and drink is not permitted on site, with the exceptions of baby food.

Do you have camping? Unfortunately attendee camping is not permitted on site.

Can we leave the festival and come back in? Yes – please make sure you obtain a stamp/wristband from the entrance.

Where in Ilkley is the festival? The festival is on East Holmes Field, opposite the Lido.
